This role included mapping out optimisation strategies per client, conducting UX research and analytical reporting using tools like Google and Adobe Analytics, on our clients websites.
I produced concepts, monitored and analysed the outcomes of the A/B tests that we ran for our clients. It was a client-facing role that involved a lot of collaboration across our internal cross-functional team.

My design work was mainly focused on website optimisation through experimentation and redesign projects. I utilised psychological principles and data analytics to support my design decisions. I worked across a diverse client base globally including well established organisations and fast-growing companies. Working in a fast-paced company across a multidisciplinary team and supportive design team that fostered growth.

Behavioural Data Analyst at Nissan CEC

I previously worked in the global team at Nissan. My focus was on mining and utilising behavioural data to identify opportunities and produce solutions for conversion rate optimisation within the users digital experience. I worked closely with our Head of CRO, Product owners and UX designers to support on various projects from redesigns, pricing strategies to research proposals.

Senior Product Designer at Lloyds Banking Group

I am currently working in the financial services industry. I am combining my ability to analyse behavioural data and work with UX researchers to inform the strategy within the acquisition space in the Homes Team. I apply my identified opportunities to optimise the user tools, customer dashboard, tracking portal and the full mortgage and remortgage application journey.

We utilise a range of validation tactics such as in-person user testing and A/B tests to gather insights on the prototypes we create before moving into the implementation phase. I work very closely with customer journey managers and product owners to support several feature teams across the Homes space.

Recent projects

I’m proud to have worked on a range of projects that successfully engaged users and met all target KPIs.

The projects were for clients in a vast array of industries ranging from NGOs and supermarkets to telecommunications and car rentals. My design philosophy emphasises functionality and creative flair, ensuring that my work is aligned with brand guidelines whilst providing purposeful use.
